Description

The EMOSONG 50-Ton Air/Hydraulic Bottle Jack lifts heavy trucks, buses and construction equipment with shop air or by hand. The pneumatic pump runs on 90 to 175 psi through a 1/4 in NPT inlet and is controlled with a ribbed foot pedal, which leaves both hands free to position the load. The manual handle socket remains as a backup when no air supply is available.

The body is fully welded rather than threaded, which removes the most common leak point on bottle jacks. The ram has a hardened, serrated saddle and a threaded extension screw so you can close the gap to the lift point before you begin pumping. It works upright on trucks, trailers, farm equipment and in shop presses.

Place the jack on a firm, level surface and center the load on the saddle. Do not side-load the ram or use the extension screw at full length under maximum load. A bottle jack is a lifting device only; support the load on rated stands before working beneath it.
