Returns & Refund Policy

30-day return window

You can return any new, unused product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. Items must be complete, with all included parts and the original packaging.

How to start a return (RMA)

1. Email support@emosong.com or call (909) 555-0142 with your order number and the item you want to return.

2. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 1 business day.

3. Write the RMA number on the outside of the box and ship it to the address we provide. Returns without an RMA number may be delayed.

Who pays return shipping

If the item arrived damaged, defective or was not what you ordered, we pay return shipping and will email you a prepaid label.

For all other returns, you are responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges and oversize surcharges are not refunded unless the return is due to our error.

Restocking

We do not charge a restocking fee on unused items returned complete in original packaging. Items that have been used, are missing parts, or show hydraulic fluid on the exterior may be refunded at 80% of the purchase price, or returned to you at your choice.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 business days of the return arriving at our warehouse. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to post the credit.

Exchanges

To exchange for a different capacity or model, return the original item and place a new order. We will prioritize shipping the new item when you tell us it is an exchange.

Warranty claims

Defects that appear after 30 days are covered under our 2-year limited warranty. See the Warranty & Product Safety page for details.
