EMOSONG floor jacks, bottle jacks and jack stands are designed, built and tested to ASME PASE-2019, the American Society of Mechanical Engineers safety standard for portable automotive service equipment. Chain hoists are built to ASME B30.16. Every hydraulic jack is load-tested before it leaves the factory, and each production batch is sampled for proof-load and endurance testing.

Load rating

The rated capacity is stamped on every product and printed on its label. For jack stands, the capacity is for the pair. For engine hoists, capacity depends on boom position and is marked at each position. Never exceed the rated capacity.

2-year limited warranty

We warrant EMOSONG jacks, stands, hoists and chain hoists against defects in materials and workmanship for 2 years from the date of delivery to the original purchaser. Jack pads and accessories are covered for 1 year.

If a covered defect appears, we will repair or replace the product, or refund the purchase price if repair or replacement is not possible. We pay shipping for approved warranty claims.

What is not covered

Damage from overloading, side-loading, misuse, modification, accident, lack of maintenance or commercial rental use; normal wear of seals, casters and pads; and cosmetic wear.

Email support@emosong.com with your order number, a description of the problem and a photo or short video. We respond within 1 business day.

Recalls and safety notices

If we ever issue a recall or safety notice for an EMOSONG product, it will be posted on this page and sent to every customer who bought the affected product.
