Description

The EMOSONG 20-Ton Welded Hydraulic Bottle Jack lifts from 9.5 to 18 in and is sized for heavy trucks, trailers, agricultural equipment and 20-ton shop presses. A brass release valve on the cast base gives fine control when lowering.

The body is fully welded rather than threaded, which removes the most common leak point on bottle jacks. The ram has a hardened, serrated saddle and a threaded extension screw so you can close the gap to the lift point before you begin pumping. It works upright on trucks, trailers, farm equipment and in shop presses.

Place the jack on a firm, level surface and center the load on the saddle. Do not side-load the ram or use the extension screw at full length under maximum load. A bottle jack is a lifting device only; support the load on rated stands before working beneath it.
