Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We ship to all 50 US states and APO/FPO addresses. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and APO/FPO orders ship by USPS Priority Mail or ground freight and may take additional transit days. We do not currently ship outside the United States.

Shipping rates

Standard ground shipping is free on orders with a merchandise subtotal of $99.00 or more. Orders under $99.00 ship for a flat $9.95.

Expedited (2-day) shipping is available for $24.95 on eligible items to the contiguous US.

Products that ship over 70 lb (currently the 3-Ton Steel Floor Jack, the 50-Ton Air/Hydraulic Bottle Jack, the 1,500 lb Motorcycle & ATV Lift and the 2-Ton Foldable Engine Hoist) carry an oversize handling surcharge of $29.00 per unit. This surcharge is shown on the product page, in the cart and at checkout before you pay.

Carriers

Parcels ship by UPS Ground or FedEx Ground, chosen by the warehouse based on your address. Oversize items may ship by UPS or FedEx oversize service. We do not offer freight liftgate delivery at this time.

Handling time

Orders placed by 2:00 PM Pacific on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends or on US federal holidays ship the next business day. Maximum handling time is 1 business day for in-stock items.

Transit time

Standard ground transit is 2 to 6 business days depending on distance from our Ontario, California warehouse. The product page and checkout show an estimated delivery window based on today’s date.

Backorder items ship when stock arrives. The expected ship date is shown on the product page, and you will not be charged a different price if the date changes.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number when your order leaves the warehouse. You can also look up any order on our Track Order page using your order number and email address.

Damaged or missing shipments

If a package arrives damaged, keep the packaging and contact us within 7 days at support@emosong.com or (909) 555-0142. We will send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.
