About these terms
These terms govern your use of emosong.com and any purchase you make from EMOSONG Equipment Co., LLC ("EMOSONG", "we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms.
Products and pricing
All prices are in US dollars. Prices, shipping charges and applicable sales tax are shown before you submit your order. We may correct pricing errors; if an item was mispriced we will contact you before charging and you may cancel at no cost.
Orders
Your order is an offer to purchase. We accept it when we send a shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, if we cannot verify payment, or if we suspect fraud, in which case you will receive a full refund.
Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal and Apple Pay. Payments are processed by our PCI-DSS compliant payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
Sales tax
We collect sales tax where required by state law, calculated from your shipping address and shown at checkout before payment.
Shipping, returns and warranty

Safe use
Lifting equipment can cause serious injury or death if misused. You agree to read and follow the instructions and warnings supplied with each product and to never exceed rated capacity.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
